• Keep calendars tighter than courtroom security.
• Answer phones and emails professionallyeven when attorneys are buried in trial prep.
• Organize files and discovery like your life depends on it (because someones case might).

What Were Looking For:

• Strong communication organization and multitasking abilities
• Professional phone presence and etiquette
• Team player with a positive learning-focused attitude
• Law office experience is a plus but not required
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Minimum 1 year administrative or office experience
• Bachelors degree (required)
