The Marketing Director US & Canada (USCAN) for GE HealthCares Solutions for Enterprise Imaging (SEI) portfolio is responsible for shaping leading and executing the regions marketing strategy across the full portfolio. This leader accelerates SEI growth by strengthening commercial activation driving adoption of innovation and elevating SEI market presence. The role partners closely with the USCAN commercial teams Global Product Marketing and cross functional partners.

This role includes a mandate to transform upskill and modernize the USCAN Marketing team embedding digital excellence disciplined execution and a culture rooted in resilience adaptability and a growth mindset.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute the USCAN growth strategy for the SEI portfolio.
Lead NPI commercialization messaging and sales enablement.
Deliver the Integrated Marketing Plan including campaigns events and demand generation.
Engage KOLs grow customer advocacy and enhance evidence generation.
Partner with Sales on targeted plays and installedbase retention.
Lead and develop the regional marketing team strengthening resilience agility and continuous learning.
Track KPIs and optimize with a lean outcomesbased mindset.
Support product demonstrations in collaboration with Product and Clinical teams.
Train commercial teams on SEI value propositions competitive insights and messaging.
Travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Healthcare or related field.
Significant experience in healthcare software or digital health marketing.
Strong leadership communication and projectmanagement skills.
Ability to lead through change with resilience and a growthmindset orientation.

Preferred

Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Marketing or a related field.
Proven success operating in complex fastmoving and highly dynamic environments.
Strong expertise in market insights customer understanding product commercialization and brand development.
Demonstrated innovation in healthcare IT marketingable to cocreate new ideas collaboratively and turn them into highimpact execution.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills qualifications experience and addition this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
