What youll do
- Lead and develop engineering teams building loyalty platform capabilities
- Partner with product and business leaders to set priorities and deliver outcomes
- Modernize legacy systems and design cloud-native microservices-based architectures
- Build a long-term technology roadmap aligned with business goals
- Mentor engineering leaders and foster a culture of innovation and inclusion
- Ensure high-quality delivery and operational excellence across teams
Basic Qualifications
- 6 years of software engineering experience
- 2 years or experience with people leadership including being a manager of leaders
- Strong background in software architecture systems design and modern engineering practices
- Proven ability to break down large complex initiatives into achievable workstreams and deliver incremental value
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 9 years of professional experience
- Experience leading technology transformations and building scalable platforms
- Familiarity with loyalty systems e-commerce or large-scale transactional platforms
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) microservices APIs (GraphQL/REST) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
