Job Summary
Job Title: Sales Manager – Mortgage (DSA Channel)
Location: Chennai
CTC: Up to 10 LPA
Product: Mortgage – Home Loans & LAP
Channel: DSA / Connector Channel
Role Summary
The Sales Manager – DSA will be responsible for driving mortgage business through the DSA channel by onboarding managing and expanding DSA relationships in Chennai. The role focuses on quality sourcing achieving disbursement targets and maintaining portfolio health.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Home Loan and LAP sourcing through DSA / connector network
Onboard new DSAs and enhance productivity of existing partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs brokers and referral partners
Achieve monthly disbursement revenue and productivity targets
Monitor sales pipeline conversion ratios and business quality
Ensure adherence to credit risk and compliance guidelines
Coordinate with credit operations and legal teams for smooth case processing
Conduct regular market visits DSA meetings and joint customer calls
Track competition pricing and market trends in Chennai
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred)
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Mortgage / Home Loan sales
Mandatory experience in DSA channel handling
Strong local DSA and connector network in Chennai
Sound knowledge of Home Loan and LAP products
Good communication relationship management and negotiation skills
Preferred Skills
Strong understanding of mortgage credit documentation and processes
Ability to manage targets independently
