What Youll do:
We are seeking a senior IDIQ Program Manager / Directorto lead and oversee a high-visibility DIA Human Capital Management System (HCMS)program within the Intelligence Community. This individual will have end-to-end responsibility for program execution across multiple task orders ensuring strong governance contract compliance risk management and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience running federal government programs demonstrates sound judgment in complex environments and consistently drives execution through proactive leadership accountability and disciplined program management. This role requires the ability to operate independently anticipate challenges and maintain momentum across a dynamic multi-stakeholder program.
This position requires a regular onsite presence in a SCIF environmentto support mission needs with limited flexibility for remote work when appropriate.

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
