Job Summary
Seeking a sharp ambitious early-career marketer to own and continue to scaleour TikTok Shop affiliate program. This is a high-visibility seat on a fast-moving team — and it will grow with you. If youre data-obsessed relationship-driven and excited by the intersection of creator culture and performance marketing this role was built for you.
What Youll Own:
Affiliate Program Management
- Own the full affiliate lifecycle: sampling strategy outreach onboarding and ongoing communications
- Manage sample requests and fulfillment tracking to ensure efficient intentional allocation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate creators across our roster
Data & Analytics
- Track key program metrics including samples sent GMV per sample GMV per affiliate and content output
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards to surface insights and inform program decisions
- Use data to prioritize which affiliates to invest in scale or sunset
Content Pipeline Support
- Identify top-performing affiliates and surface content opportunities for the growth and performance marketing team
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure affiliate content feeds into paid media and growth strategies
- Stay current on TikTok Shop trends creator best practices and platform updates
What Were Looking For
- 12 years of experience in marketing e-commerce influencer/affiliate marketing or a related field (internships count)
- Analytical mindset — youre comfortable in spreadsheets and love turning numbers into decisions
- Strong communicator with a natural ability to build relationships and represent a brand well
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership without being asked
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop TikTok creator culture or affiliate marketing platforms is a plus
- Passion for beauty wellness or consumer brands is a bonus
