As a key member of our executive team reporting to the General Manager you will oversee and optimise Entertainment Guest Relations Security and overall Facility Management ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business performance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency guest satisfaction and financial performance including setting and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Oversee annual budgets ensuring adherence to financial targets and optimising resource allocation
- Implement and maintain brand standards across all areas driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Analyse operational data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local regulations and industry standards
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of managers and staff fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex guest issues and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction
Qualifications :
- Extensive experience in all-inclusive integrated hotel operations management with a proven track record in operations and financial management.
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field; post-graduate degree preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data make strategic decisions and implement creative solutions.
- Strong project management skills with experience in coordinating multiple departments and driving results in guest satisfaction employee engagement and financial performance.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and systems with in-depth knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- Cultural sensitivity and flexibility to work in a diverse international environment including various schedules as required.
