Job Summary

Weekly:

Process weekly payroll for approximately 45-50 hourly paid employees
Process 2^nd weekly payroll for approximately 10-12 employees
Assist with Accounts Payable

Monthly:

Assist with Inventory
Various account reconciliations

Occasional:

Assist with New Hire Orientation regarding Payroll and Time Clock
Respond to inquiries regarding your pay groups
Prepare various Payroll reports

Qualifications:

3-4 years of successful work experience with above tasks
Experience with Net Suite Accounts Payable and Net Suite Inventory.
Experience with Ultimate Software / UKG Payroll
