Job Summary

Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources Management or a related discipline
  • Preferably 2 years of administrative experience especially in HR or employee benefits administration
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy particularly in data entry and documentation
  • A meticulous team player with good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Detail-minded well-organized and capable of managing multiple tasks independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint); Experience in HR Management System (HRMS) is an advantage

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for corporate Employee Benefit programmes in a professional and timely manner including medical schemes life and disability insurance schemes and retirement schemes.
  • Perform accurate data entry and validation of employee benefit information maintain organized documentation and filing systems and manage financial processes by validating vendor invoices and coordinating payment in compliance with company procedures and timelines.
  • Prepare and coordinate internal promotion-related materials organize staff briefing sessions and develop relevant communication content to ensure clear consistent and timely information sharing across the organization.
  • Handle enquiries related to benefits and reward programmes support day-to-day team operations maintain organized records and assist in ad hoc projects and initiatives to contribute to process improvements and team objectives.
