The Role: Assistant Store Manager
The purpose of this role is to lead store operations while driving sales performance productivity and team engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations meeting targets and creating a positive high-performance retail environment.
Key Responsibilities

2 years of experience in a retail leadership or supervisory role

Coordinate daily store operations to ensure productivity and efficiency

Implement strategies to achieve sales and performance targets

Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
