Priority Location: South Africa
Working Hours: 9AM - 5PM (Sun - Thurs Occasional weekend availability )
Salary Range: $2000 - $3000 USD per month (The final offer is at the clients discretion and depends on the candidates interview result skills and experience.)

About the Role:
As our Project Manager you are the strategic anchor for high-stakes digital transformations in the global cinema industry. This is a high-visibility client-facing role where you will own the delivery of sophisticated ticketing and guest-experience software for world-class entertainment brands. You arent just checking boxes; you are navigating a fast-moving landscape with elite clients who will challenge you to be your best. We are looking for a disciplined high-agency leader who can command a room stand their ground diplomatically under pressure and ensure that every complex rollout is executed with total precision.If youre ready to bridge the gap between ambitious vision and flawless technical execution this is your stage.
What Youll be Responsible For:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients managing all communication and expectations
- Gather define and document clear project requirements and scope
- Own and manage the project backlog ensuring priorities are aligned with client goals
- Oversee end-to-end project execution from kickoff to final delivery
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes
- Proactively identify risks blockers and scope changes and communicate accordingly
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain detailed documentation and reporting for all active projects
- Ensuring proper documentation processes and project management best practices are followed.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 4 years of experience in Project Management or similar role
- Proven experience in client-facing project delivery environments
- Strong understanding of Agile and/or Scrum methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience working with demanding clients who may make frequent changes.
- Ability to take control of the situation and guide the client to the answer diplomatically and professionally and be assertive and push back diplomatically when needed rather than just saying yes.
Preferred Certifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Certified Product Owner (CSPO)
