Location: Hanoi Vietnam
Salary: US$18000 US$24000 per year Performance Bonus (up to US$9437 annually)

Role Overview
As Regional Manager you will lead the Hanoi office driving market growth and building strong relationships with major apparel brands. You will manage a dynamic team set strategic sales targets and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities in the region
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Foster relationships with major apparel brands and garment factories
- Oversee pre-sales sales and after-sales service delivery
- Collaborate on product development and brand customization projects
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree or higher
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in sales within the garment accessories industry
- Proven success managing accounts with annual purchasing volumes of at least RMB 1 million
- Experience leading a team of 3 or more people
- Skills:
- Strong market development and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Fluent in English (speaking reading writing)
