Job Summary
Position Summary
The IT Manager is responsible for managing the companys IT infrastructure systems and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT systems including hospital systems ERP and other internal platforms.
- Ensure system stability cybersecurity and data protection.
- Lead the IT team and manage daily IT operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and headquarters on system implementation.
- Manage IT infrastructure and technology upgrades.
- Control IT budgets and ensure efficient resource utilization.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience managing enterprise systems.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Good English communication skills.
