Position Summary:
The B2B Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand the companys partnerships with hospitals clinics and healthcare institutions. This role focuses on building strong client relationships driving revenue growth and managing key accounts in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to expand partnerships with healthcare providers and medical institutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting proposal development negotiation and contract closure.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful service delivery.
- Monitor sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports.
- Achieve assigned revenue and business development targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Healthcare Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience preferably in healthcare or medical services.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute effectively.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
