W Brisbane located at 81 North Quay Brisbane City is hiring a Wheels Supervisor. OurWheels Supervisortakes the initiative to lead our Concierge Team in delivering a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. You will provideour guests with the W experience and surprise and delight them every moment you get. You must have a focus on Loyalty and Guest Service and require experience in the following:
- Outstanding guest service skills
- Experience in supervising a team
- Open Drivers License
- Experience withOperaproperty management system
- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
- Energised in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent grooming and presentation skills
- Must be available to work AM PM and Overnight Shifts
