Your Opportunity
The Going Out and Living Successfully (GOALS) Program supports young people to develop the skills confidence and behaviours needed to transition from supported care to independent living.
The program offers case management coaching and accommodation for young people aged 1621 who are leaving out-of-home care experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.
The Children Youth and Families Night Supervisor is an integral role ensuring the overnight safety of children and young people living in our supported homes as well as working with other staff in these programs to ensure high quality outcomes for young people.
About You
You will have case management experience supporting and engaging young people with challenging behaviours including those impacted by trauma homelessness disability and protective concerns.
A minimum Cert IV in Child Youth & Family Intervention or equivalent qualification is required or equivalent - Please see below link for more information:
must complete the 4 mandatory upskilling units as required by Department of Families Fairness and Housing. Continuing employment is dependent on satisfactory evidence provided within 6 months of being engaged in the role.
