Responsibilities:

• Supervising daily bar operations while ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws and licensing regulations

• Assisting the Manager in boosting bar performance and precisely analysing sales and beverage costs

• Lead and inspire the bar team providing training in mixology techniques and presentation

• Assist in managing inventive and creative cocktail menus for all outlets

• Crafting memorable moments for our guests

• Craft and curate an innovative beverage menu that reflects creativity and seasonal trends

About You:

• Minimum 12 months full working rights (sponsorship is not offered)

• Approved Manager certification (preferred)

• Certified Manager (ideally) with mixology expertise

• Rockstar bar supervisor with 1 years of bartending in high-energy venues

• Bartending professional with 3 years of strong bar experience

• A creative trendsetter with outstanding leadership skills ready to inspire and motivate the team

• Hospitality aficionado style-savvy and a pro at launching the next big thing!

• Quick-thinking and adaptable ready to tackle any challenge with a positive attitude

• Flexible availability (evenings and weekends)
