Job Title: LTL Operations Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented LTL Operations Specialist with a strong focus on this role you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all billing information reviewing critical shipping documents maintaining organized billing records and addressing customer inquiries related to billing. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with customers will be essential in ensuring our billing processes are efficient and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate Billing Management:
  Ensure all billing information including rates accessorial charges and customer information is accurate and complete prior to processing.
• Document Review:
  Review bills of lading freight bills and other related documents to verify their accuracy before billing. Identify and correct discrepancies to avoid billing errors.
• Record Maintenance:
  Maintain accurate and organized billing records and documentation to support efficient audits and reference checks.
• Documentation Attachment:
  Ensure all necessary documentation is properly attached to invoices for audit and reference purposes.
• System Updates:
  Update billing systems and databases with the most current information to ensure smooth and accurate billing processes.
• Customer Support:
  Address and resolve billing inquiries and disputes from customers in a timely and professional manner ensuring their concerns are met with effective solutions.
• Customer Communication:
  Proactively communicate with customers regarding billing issues providing necessary documentation explanations and follow-up to ensure a clear understanding of their invoices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in LTL operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain thorough records.
• Proficient in billing systems and database management.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal with an emphasis on customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
