Location: Mansfield MA / Dallas TX / Chicago IL (Onsite/Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day operational management of the Enterprise Data Lake (EDL) and Master Data Management (MDM) platforms. This role will be responsible for establishing a reliable data operations run model ensuring platform stability improving operational efficiency through automation and collaborating with engineering security and business teams to ensure data is reliable accessible and trusted across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage EDL and MDM production operations including monitoring incident management problem resolution and service health reporting.
Establish and manage the Data Operations Run Model including ticket intake prioritization escalation processes and SLA management.
Ensure platform reliability and performance including data freshness pipeline uptime failure recovery and controlled releases.
Lead root cause analysis and incident reviews implementing corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
Develop and maintain runbooks SOPs operational dashboards and knowledge base documentation.

Required Qualifications

8 12 years of experience supporting enterprise data platforms in production environments such as Data Lakes Data Warehouses ETL/ELT pipelines and MDM systems.
4 years of experience leading operations/support teams or managing enterprise data platforms.
Experience working with cloud-based data ecosystems (AWS preferred).
Strong SQL and data troubleshooting skills with knowledge of data quality controls and monitoring practices.
Experience with ITSM/ticketing processes including incident problem and change management with SLA tracking.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting MDM platforms such as Stibo or similar tools.
Experience supporting ERP migration or large enterprise data transformation programs.
Familiarity with job orchestration monitoring and alerting frameworks.
