Job Summary (List Format):
- Review and maintain mineral-related spreadsheets databases documents and files.
- Ensure accuracy compliance and processing of monthly billing.
- Review and process lease production reports according to lease agreements.
- Assist with reviewing and processing mineral applications and monitoring permit compliance.
- Draft documents and other correspondence as needed.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to related projects.
- May perform occasional field work.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers via phone email and written communication.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Utilize strong computer skills (Microsoft Office ArcView/ArcMap Salesforce).
- Organize analyze and interpret data with attention to detail.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain effective working relationships.
- Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
