LOCATION : BANGALORE
JOB DESIGNATION : SERVICE DESK MANAGEMENT(VOICE)
JOB DESCRIPTION : Managing one or more customer service or service desk functions. Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues requesting information access or other services. Delivering customer service through multiple channels including human digital self-service and automated.
Requirements
- Graduation is a must.
- Email etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills without any MTI
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Preferred IT Graduate with basic troubleshooting knowledge.
- Must be flexible to work in night shift.
- Work from office
3 Rounds of interview
- Screening over the call
- Berlitz / Versant
- Ops
- Must be able to clear all the above rounds.
Benefits
Salary for technical graduate freshers : 25k CTC
Both way Cab facilities/ PF/ ESI.
