Job Description
Create and develop a long-term plan and marketing strategy in-line with the overall divisional plan.
Define target market segments positioning and value proposition for the brands for
increased penetration and category growth
Create & lead the NPD roadmap for the category towards achieving long-term vision
Lead the Creative & Media team and take responsibility for developing and implementing all
marketing plans
Lead marketing plans in collaboration with a variety of functional areas such as PR
Packaging Design Product Development Supply Chain Commercial and Operations
Analyse and provide consumer category and brand information to support channel
marketing and sales initiatives analyze competitor activities.
Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior identify new opportunities and
Leverage knowledge of business category and brand marketing strategy into actionable
marketing strategies and plans to deliver against the companys business objectives
Drive effective marketing communications to increase consumer mindshare brand presence
and utilization metrics for the brands under the category
Develop annual plans and budgeting for the brand and monitor the expenditure Manage
marketing budgets effectively and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
P&L ownership as one of the key deliverables executing the JBPs for all categories with all
platforms drive the monthly meetings with category teams
Prepare and present reports on marketing performance and ROI to senior management.
Knowledge
Skills
MBA degree required in Marketing or related discipline preferably from Premier Institute
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required
Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work on cross-functional
teams in both leadership and member roles . Good presentation and writing skills
Analysis skills to not only present data but also summarize the findings and propose
recommendations for future improvement
Should possess strong interpersonal skills and is a relationship builder.
