Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Tester with strong experience in ITSM testing and ServiceNow platform validation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in testing ServiceNow ITSM applications and a solid understanding of testing methodologies.

Mandatory Skills

Strong knowledge of Software Testing concepts (Manual / Functional Testing).
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM module.
Experience testing ServiceNow ITSM applications such as:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Service Catalog
Good functional knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
Experience in creating Test Plans Test Cases and Test Scenarios.
Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
Willingness to work in extended shifts.
