Job Description

Specialized in 3rd party integration tools applications and systems.
Working on Integration using Scripted SOAP Inbound and Outbound.
Development/Customization and Administration of Service Now Core Modules Incident Change Service Catalog Idea Demand Project Portfolio management Content Management System.
Responsible for all scripting changes including Client Scripts Business Rules Script Includes and UI Actions UI Macro UI Pages Sites. Create a consistent and easy to read formats for all scripts that includes comments explaining the functionality. Server-side scripts utilizing the most efficient Glide Record methods to reduce overall processing time.
Work extensively on external integrations using Direct Web services over SOAP and REST.
Customization of different applications and modules within ServiceNow.
Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective Service-now solutions Ability to create and Modify Workflows.
Hands-on design development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.

6-10 years direct experience in enterprise level application Integration.

Must have Skills:

Creation of script-based Assignment and Approval rules.
Creation of Business Rule UI Action by using Glide script
Web Service Integration.
User Interface Level Integration.
MID Server Integration.
Integration with tools applications and systems.
Mobility and related integration.
AngularJS and Bootstrap.
Use of Import Sets for data loading from external file or database to the .
Creation of a custom related list.
Knowledge of ITIL V3 processes
