At our Parkville venue also known as State Netball and Hockey Centre were passionate about creating exceptional experiences in sports and entertainment. The State Netball and Hockey Centre is one of Australias premier sporting venues offering sporting facilities and programs from grass roots to high-performance international and Olympic level athletes. Venue is open for bookings the Role:Our Customer Experience Team are the face of our organisation. As a Customer Experience Officer you will serve as the customers primary point of contact and own customer issues from start to this role you will join our team of customer service superstars to help deliver world class customer experiences. You will provide information and solve problems for our members and visitors. You will regularly be required to think on your feet and have a can-do attitude to deliver solutions at a fast for each role is required as we work to a rotating 7-day roster Shifts will include early mornings midday and late nights across weekends and Public Holidays. Please specify in your application what your availability looks like over a normal opening times are quite flexible opening from 6am and closing at 11pm. This is a part time position with a 15 hour minimum per week.
