About the Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated Customer Care Supervisor - Technical to join our Customer Care Centre leadership team. This is a permanent fulltime opportunity located at our Acacia Ridge branch.

In this role you will provide strong leadership guidance and coaching to the Technical Parts team while driving operational excellence. You will be responsible for delivering logistical support technical expertise and strategic direction to ensure outstanding customer service and efficient processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership training and assistance across the Customer Care Centre
  • Provide guidance on our policies and processes including credit return policy warranty claims and freight to ensure they are processed correctly
  • Manage daily activities across multiple channels to ensure key business performance indicators are met also reviewing and identifying continuous improvement initiatives
  • Drive accountability for Master Data by ensuring the proper user of CRM and Microsoft Dynamics AX
  • Ensure the team are aware working towards and actively promoting enterprise strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Establish and maintain key relationships with stakeholders in marketing sales and operational departments
  • Ensure that customer requirements are promptly and accurately interpreted using the correct information sources by your team
  • Real time management of the phone channel to ensure SLAs are being met across the network

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Minimum five years experience within a similar role within a Heavy Machinery/ Industrial industry
  • Knowledge of Caterpillar parts operations procedures and product range
  • Experience within a leadership capacity
  • Intermediate computer aptitude
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
