Job Summary
Under the supervision of a Senior Engineer perform detailed Building Civils designs and calculations for Civil/structural systems in commercial and industrial fields for both reinforced concrete and Civil/structural steel.
When required assist with Revit/Civil 3D modelling.
Take responsibility for design and drawings.
Uses computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems.
Be part of a project team liaise with other professional team members and contractors.
Attend planning design and site meetings and ad-hoc site inspections.
Work to ensure the implementation of safety and integrity principles in Civil/structural documentation.
Promote compliance with all relevant engineering standards and internal procedures for all design activities.
Qualifications :
0-4 years experience in design of Building Civils/Concrete and structures.
Technical Competence understand core engineering theory from first principles and be able to extend theory to new and complex problems
Solid knowledge and understanding of structural analysis software like Civil 3D / Etabs / Robot / Civil 3D.
Revit/Civil 3D knowledge will be advantageous.
