Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
Desired Experience & Qualification
BSc or BEng degree in Civil Engineering
15 experience in rail infrastructure
Professionally Registered Engineer (Local or International)
* Demonstrated experience working with public and private sector clients
* Comprehensive knowledge of the railway discipline railway construction project management of multidisciplinary projects experience in both passenger and freight railway projects experience in RSR requirements and compliance
* International experience is a key requirement
* Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams
* Strong experience and proven track record in client engagement business development and risk management (technical and commercial)
* Project Delivery - Lead mentor and grow a team of engineers and project managers
* Manage and deliver a range of transport infrastructure projects from design through implementation
* Growth and business development
* Provide operational leadership to support delivery and expansion of services
