A leading organisation in the energy and power generation sector is seeking a Power Engineer to join their dynamic engineering team. This opportunity is ideal for a technically driven professional with experience in power systems and electrical infrastructure who is eager to contribute to complex power projects and commissioning activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Support the design analysis and optimisation of electrical power systems.
Assist with engineering work related to Low Voltage (LV) Medium Voltage (MV) and High Voltage (HV) electrical systems.
Participate in testing commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and power infrastructure.
Prepare and review technical documentation reports and engineering drawings.
Ensure compliance with electrical standards safety regulations and project specifications.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams during project execution.
Provide technical support during installation commissioning and operational phases.

Minimum Requirements

BEng in Electrical Engineering.
12 years experience working with power systems including LV MV and HV networks.
Exposure to testing and commissioning of electrical systems or power infrastructure.
Understanding of electrical protection systems and power distribution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and within a project team environment.
