Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Systems Engineer to support the deployment and development of advanced telematics and monitoring systems within the agricultural sector. This role combines field engineering system installation configuration and technical troubleshooting while providing exposure to software hardware and system integration activities.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients to implement technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and data visibility across agricultural vehicle and equipment fleets

Job Description:
- Assist clients in assessing operational requirements and support the design of suitable technical solutions
- Perform installations of tracking monitoring and telemetry equipment at client sites
- Configure devices test installations and ensure systems are operating correctly and transmitting accurate data
- Diagnose system faults perform root cause analysis and implement technical solutions
- Provide technical support during system deployment and ongoing system operation
- Contribute to system development integration or hardware testing depending on technical skills and project requirements
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Solid understanding of electronics and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently while managing field-based technical tasks
- Good communication skills when working with clients and technical teams
- Exposure to telematics fleet tracking systems or monitoring technologies is advantageous
- Experience with Python programming embedded systems or backend systems is beneficial
- BTech / BEng / BSc in Electronic Engineering Electrical Engineering Electromechanical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering
- Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel to farms and agricultural operations when required
