We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with machine design experience to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design development and improvement of industrial machinery and mechanical systems. This role involves working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver efficient reliable and manufacturable machine designs.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop mechanical systems and industrial machines from concept through to production.
Produce detailed 3D models technical drawings and design documentation.
Perform engineering calculations including stress analysis load calculations and material selection.
Work with manufacturing teams to ensure that designs are practical cost-effective and manufacturable.
Support the prototype development testing and validation of machine designs.
Assist with the installation commissioning and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment.
Collaborate with electrical and automation engineers to integrate mechanical systems with control and automation components.
Ensure that designs comply with engineering standards safety regulations and quality requirements.

Requirements:

BEng / BSc / BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
37 years experience in machine design or industrial equipment design.
Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks Inventor or similar.
Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles materials and manufacturing processes.
Experience in design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
