Cost control, Change Management and Risk Specialist (Brisbane Based)

• Provide detailed cost engineering services including work breakdown structures budget allocation commitment control cost forecasting actual cost and accruals expenditure projections (cash-flows) earned value and variance analysis.
• Review integrity of the project scope forecasts and their key drivers to enable early warnings and a clear understanding of the range of outcomes risk and opportunities.
• Support the project delivery teams to address cost and schedule issues by returning to baseline targets or improving.
• Preparation of periodic detailed and summary cost progress and forecast cost at completion reports throughout the life of the Project for the Integrated Project Management team.
• Provide timely advice on cost progress and cost forecast.
• Work with the cost and planning teams to:
  • Coordinate and integrate project complexities
  • Test the reliability of cost and schedule forecasts to ensure a robust plan is in place
  • Create clear project targets

Qualifications :

• Intermediate level role in the order of 5 years relevant work experience ideally in a owners team environment
• Oil & Gas / CSG experience preferable
• Ability to collaborate and drive outcomes
• Trend and Change Management
• Knowledgeable in Risk assessment methodologies 
• Proactive and self motivated
