Salary Range: $77500 $85000 super per year

Responsibilities will include:
Assisting NDIS participants along with their families and/or carers to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planning.
Evaluating developing and delivering evidence-based support plans within a complex support space.
Developing meaningful goals and practical strategies utilising a positive behaviour support framework and with a commitment to eliminate restrictive practices in the home and community.
Ensuring individual plans reflect our NDIS participants goals passions and strengths as well as ensuring they get more out of life.
Building the knowledge capacity and strengths of those who support participants in their lives - family carers friends etc.
Acting as an advocate and role model for best practice.
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications :
About you
Full Australian work rights
Registration as a NDIS Registered Behaviour Practitioner at core/ proficient/ advanced or specialist level
Degree in Psychology; Counselling or Social Work or related area
Min of 12 months relevant experience
Current drivers licence
Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work).
Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills - strong report writing skills essential
Valid Drivers license and access to reliable motor vehicle
The ability to work independently
