Our company is seeking a energetic enthusiastic individual with a proven track record in direct selling. Your job will entail calling on home owners and selling our beautiful range of blinds curtains and shutters.

COMPENSATION:

This role comes with excellent opportunities to grow within our company as a result of your performance. Monthly income potential with full-time work offering a potential of $6K - 8K per month

TASKS YOULL BE PERFORMING:

** Management of a basic sales pipeline CRM:

• Each day you will update and manage CRM notes and call sheets.

• Calling on 4 - 6 new prospects every day will be expected.

** In home consultations and selling blinds shutters and curtains

• Represent the company to the highest standard possible as a professional in home sales consultant helping home owners to improve the look feel and value of their homes.

** Sales Execution & Performance

• Create sales forecasts monitor performance against targets and actively work to achieve revenue goals and budgets.

** Reporting & Communication

• Prepare and submit timely reports including sales activity call logs and weekly work plans

• Attend meetings and collaborate with internal teams as required to align sales and marketing efforts.

** Company Alignment & Values

• Work collaboratively with the sales support admin production and installation teams.

• Act in accordance with Decors values code of ethics and code of conduct.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

To qualify for this job with our company you must possess the following skills:

** Attention to detail: Because you will be taking measurements for blinds shutters and curtains to be manufactured attention to detail is vital.(dont worry we will teach you how)

** Consultative sales experience is a must. Full training will be provided and this position has an immediate start. If you do not have experience on your resume you will not be considered for the job.

** Great Communication Skills: You will be representing our company and sales team during your conversations with target businesses. A love for conversing with people as well as ease when talking on the phone is vital.

** Great People Skills and Positive Mindset: In addition to a genuine enthusiasm for talking to people persuasiveness and the ability to alleviate potential clients concerns will make interactions exciting and a positive outcome for all involved.

** Coachable: You will learn and master your role by working with both our companys co-founders and our in house sales coach. An open mind and desire to improve will propel your performance forward.
