Overview:

The Innovation Productivity Manager will support the execution of strategic initiatives that enhance R&D efficiency and accelerate innovation. This role will focus on analyzing workflows identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements through advanced technologies and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a passion for operational excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current R&D processes and identify areas for improvement.

  • Support the implementation of productivity-enhancing initiatives across product development and lifecycle maintenance.

  • Apply data analytics and AI tools to uncover insights and drive decision-making.

  • Manage project timelines deliverables and stakeholder communications.

  • Document and share best practices across teams to foster innovation and operational excellence.

  • Track performance metrics and report progress to leadership.

Qualifications

Required Knowledge/Skills Education And Experience:

  • Bachelors degree.

  • 6 years of experience in process improvement project management and R&D operations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working in matrixed organizations and cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with digital tools and emerging technologies for process optimization.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills Education And Experience:

  • Experience leading and implementing AI solutions within R&D and/or MedTech

  • Familiarity with design control principles.

  • Understanding of surgical procedures surgical device design and the regulatory/quality system landscape.

  • Experience designing developing or launching products in an FDA-regulated environment.

Other:

  • This position requires up to 20% travel.

The Company maintains highly competitive performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis.

Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical dental vision life insurance short- and long-term disability business accident insurance and group legal insurance.

Employees may be eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.

Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

  • Vacation up to 120 hours per calendar year

  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

  • Holiday pay including Floating Holidays up to 13 days per calendar year

  • Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
