Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional IT programs spanning infrastructure cloud platforms networking and enterprise systems
- Coordinate stakeholders across engineering operations finance and external vendors to drive initiatives from planning through execution
- Oversee vendor relationships including sourcing contract coordination and performance management
- Develop project plans timelines and executive reporting to ensure visibility and accountability across initiatives
- Partner closely with engineering teams to translate technical requirements into actionable delivery plans
- Help implement scalable processes documentation and operational frameworks that support a growing technology environment
- Contribute to large infrastructure initiatives including office expansions technology rollouts and modernization efforts
What Were Looking For
- Experience managing complex IT or technology programs in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work closely with engineers and understand technical dependencies across cloud and infrastructure systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills with experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives
- Comfortable operating in smaller teams where ownership adaptability and initiative are highly valued
