Thomas Mills High School and Sixth Formare seeking to appoint a dedicated inspiring and motivatedHead of English to leadan excellent team as well as actively contributing to whole school priorities. The post would suit a well-qualified and experienced teacher who is able to lead a team of teachers towards further success.

The English Department is consistently high performing at both GCSE and A Level. You will be an outstanding Teacher of English able to inspire students and will also have an awareness of the importance of English across the curriculum and will actively contribute to whole school leadership. The post would equally suit a colleague who is looking to consolidate leadership of such a valuable subject as well as to gain whole school management experience as preparation for senior short we are looking for the best candidate(s) who will have the greatest impact on the school and therefore our wonderful pupils.

You will be a dedicated and organised teacher with a good knowledge of English. It is essential to be able to teach the full age and ability range up to A Level. The Department works well together as a team sharing good ideas and supporting each other.
