Head of Business Strategy

This is a high-impact high-visibility role working for the Director of the COO office. You will own key projects across commercial product and analytics as we pursue continued market share gains. You will join a high-performing & expanding strategy team with a track record of upwards movement within the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Own and deliver high priority cross functional projects that are crucial to the companys success. These include but are not limited to transformational projects growth initiatives and operational models
• Establish structured yet flexible frameworks to manage initiatives efficiently while adapting to a fast-changing business environment
• Use data driven insights to support leadership in refining and updating commercial strategy
• Ensure that operational execution aligns with long-term strategic objectives bridging the gap between planning and action
• Synthesize the different strands of complex business performance data strategic initiatives and market trends into clear and compelling narratives

Qualifications :

• 7 years experience in strategy consulting 
• Experience in Real Money Gaming preferred
• Thrives in both high level strategy discussion and hands-on execution
• Adept at managing multiple priorities navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across senior stakeholders
