As Ultimo raises the bar on enterprise selling sales development becomes a strategic function  responsible for pipeline quality positioning and long-term sales capability. 

Were hiring a Director of Business Development (Sales Development) to build and lead that function.

What youll own 

  • Global BDR strategy across EMEA and North America (with scope to scale) 

  • Leadership of a distributed high-performing BDR team 

  • ICP definition outbound motions and qualification standards 

  • Coaching development and progression into AE roles 

  • Close partnership with Sales and Marketing

This role will suit someone who can demonstrate: 

  • Experience building and leading BDR/SDR teams in B2B SaaS 

  • A track record of proactive outbound-led pipeline creation 

  • Strong enterprise qualification and coaching capability 

  • Comfort operating in evolving high-ownership environments
