Job Summary

Role Purpose

Lead the development harmonization and governance of all global HSSE standards procedures guidelines and technical requirements. This role functions as a T-shaped global HSE leader: strong baseline capability equivalent to an HSE Manager integrated with deep specialty expertise in HSSE standardization procedure design and compliance alignment across regions and business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the global HSSE Standards & Procedures Framework ensuring consistency clarity and alignment with corporate objectives and international best practices.
  • Consolidate harmonize and simplify BU/regional procedures into unified global standards.
  • Ensure global alignment with ISO 45001 ISO 14001 and industry guidelines.
  • Partner with Assurance Risk Training Digital and ESG teams to embed standards across systems learning platforms and operational activities.
  • Support change management communication and deployment plans for new or revised standards.
  • Provide expert consultation to projects operations and regional HSE teams on interpretation and application of global standards.
  • Maintain governance over the document control process for HSSE standards.

  • Strong HSE experience
  • Competent in inspections risk assessment incident review
  • Able to support field engagements and leadership interventions
  • Expert-level skills in procedure development standardization and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of international HSSE requirements and standards.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into practical user-friendly procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering HSE or related discipline.
  • 10 years experience in HSSE roles with strong exposure to procedure development.
  • Experience in engineering EPC construction or industrial sectors.
  • Experience with ISO management systems ().
  • Strong technical writing documentation and governance skills.
