• Overall adherence to safe practices and procedures of oneself and the teams aligned

• Ensuring safety of self teams and lab/plant by adhering to safety protocols and following environment health and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace.
• Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrityhealth and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self
• Compliance to Syngene s quality standards at all times

Key Responsibilities:

Automation Strategy & Execution:

• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities usingprocess mining tools(e.g. Power Automate Process Advisor Celonis).
• Design and implementend-to-end process automation solutionsacross Syngene Functional Units to delivery value benefits.

AI & Hyper automation Integration:

• IntegrateAI BuilderAzure Cognitive Services andOpenAI APIsfor intelligent document processing natural language understanding and decision automation.
• Deployhyper automation frameworkscombining RPA AI ML low-code apps and analytics to streamline complex pharma operations.

Platform & Infrastructure Management:

• Set up and manage RPA infrastructure usingMicrosoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop flows) ensuring scalability security and compliance.
• Integrate RPA withPower Platform (Power Apps Power BI Dataverse)and external systems (e.g. LIMS CTMS ERP).

Collaboration & Leadership:

• Collaborate with IT QA regulatory and business teams.
• Mentor automation team members fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity withPower Platform ecosystem: Power Apps Power BI Dataverse AI Builder.
• Experience withAzure Cognitive ServicesOpenAIdocument intelligence andML model deployment.
• Knowledge ofscripting languages(PowerShell Python) for advanced automation scenarios.
• Exposure toCI/CD pipelines version control (GitHub) and DevOps practices.
• Understanding ofhyper automation architectureandprocess orchestration tools.
