Your opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Manager to join the team at Westfield Tuggerah on a full-time fixed-term contract.

Working closely with the Centre Manager youll play a key role in delivering our Service Promise and creating moments that matter for our customers every day. Youll lead our Services teams including Concierge and Car Park ensuring seamless operations across the centre while introducing fresh ideas that enhance the customer experience.

This role is ideal for a proactive energetic leader who wants to make an impact in a smaller close-knit centre bringing renewed energy and new ways of working to a loyal long-tenured team.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Centre Manager in leading the Services team and ensuring smooth operations across Concierge and Car Park.
  • Maintaining exceptional customer service standards and driving NPS performance.
  • Monitoring customer needs and ensuring service expectations are met.
  • Providing coaching and support to team members on service standards.
  • Communicating effectively across teams to ensure the customer always comes first.

This role is a full-time fixed-term contract Monday to Friday and includes rotation into weekend shifts as part of a monthly Duty Manager roster with time off in lieu.
