Job Summary
Are you a natural leader with a passion for veterinary care and team development
Were looking for a dedicated Practice Manager to join our well-established and highly regarded team in Tamworth!
You will be initially sharing the role with an experienced manager to help you navigate the ropes of leading supporting a large team the services both small animal general practice and referral case loads
As a vital member of our leadership team youll take on a varied and rewarding role that includes:
- Overseeing clinic workflow and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Leading mentoring and inspiring a large diverse team of veterinary professionals
- Coordinating rosters and processing payroll
- Managing recruitment onboarding and providing ongoing staff support
- Handling reception and administration responsibilities
- Supporting our after-hours and on-call service coordination
Were seeking someone with:
- Proven leadership experience and a passion for team development
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confidence in leading within a high-paced multifaceted environment
- A collaborative and proactive mindset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Tech-savviness (Rx Works experience a bonus!)
- A solid understanding of clinic operations and business management
- Industry knowledge would be an advantage
