Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Teacher of ICT to join our team. The successful candidate will be passionate about technology confident in the classroom and committed to developing students digital skills in a modern learning environment.
As a Teacher of ICT you will be expected to:
- Teach confidently across ICT programmes and support learning across different year groups
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge in computing digital literacy and educational technology
- Deliver engaging lessons using a range of teaching strategies and digital tools
- Show flexibility creativity and a commitment to continuous professional development
- Work collaboratively within the department and contribute to shared planning and resource development
- Stay informed about global educational developments and best practice in ICT education
Requirements
- Qualified teacher with Bachelors Degree or above in relevant subject disciplines plus PGDE/PGCE/. qualification
- Be proficient in written and spoken English
- The ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with teachers and other relevant professionals parents and students;
- An understanding of current developments in teaching;
- Experience of a range of assessment strategies for identifying students needs and supporting learning;
- A commitment to pastoral care within the school;
- A commitment to developing students skills through extra-curricular opportunities.
