Job Summary
- 1 day per week (Tuesday) max-term until June 2026
- Based onsite in Ringwood East on the lands of the Wurundjeri People
- Competitive hourly rate of $124.79 12% Super Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18550
Many women girls and gender diverse people do not have access to timely affordable or culturally safe sexual and reproductive healthcare with this being further exacerbated within rural and regional areas. The purpose of the Virtual Womens Health clinic is to ensure equitable access to the quality care they need across their whole lifespan regardless of where they live. This no-cost hybrid phone and video consultation service will deliver interdisciplinary and comprehensive healthcare leveraging on our existing expertise in working with vulnerable and diverse communities and delivering womens health programs.
Your role your impact

In this role youll be more than a clinician - youll be a guide a champion and a trusted voice for those navigating their health journeys. Youll provide timely life-changing care through telehealth and in-person consultations breaking down barriers for people who might otherwise struggle to access support. Youll bring comfort and clarity to those facing sensitive health concerns from sexual and reproductive health to chronic conditions. Youll ensure that no one feels unseen or unheard.
As a valued part of our multidisciplinary team you will:
- Deliver telehealth ensuring patients receive timely accessible support.
- Coordinate care and referrals providing a holistic and integrated approach to healing.
- Advocate for best practices in sexual and reproductive health empowering patients with knowledge and options.
- Support and uplift Nurse Practitioners strengthening the impact of primary healthcare.
- Uphold the highest professional and ethical standards ensuring patient trust and confidentiality.
- Be a force for progress contributing to continuous improvements in care and service delivery.

To step into this role youll bring:
- GP Registration: Vocationally registered GP with FRACGP or ACRRM.
- AHPRA Registration: Unrestricted registration with AHPRA.
- Specialised Certification: Womens Sexual and Reproductive Health certification.
- Insurance: Medical Indemnity Insurance.
