Our Financial Health team plays a critical role in this mission overseeing hardship and collections activities with significant regulatory oversight to ensure we deliver the right support when it matters most. As part of this team youll directly influence how we design improve and deliver experiences that genuinely support customers financial wellbeing.
Were on the hunt for a Product Owner Financial Health to drive the development and execution of key initiatives across our hardship collections and related customer this role youll shape the roadmap prioritise what the squad works on and ensure every solution balances customer experience with regulatory risk and business objectives. Youll work alongside subjectmatter experts Customer Journey Specialists and senior stakeholders to bring customercentric compliant and scalable solutions to life.
As a core leader within the squad youll take ownership of product decisions KPIs and delivery outcomesusing data customer insights and crossfunctional collaboration to guide continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to influence INGs approach to Financial Health endtoend create meaningful customer impact and help build the foundations of a stronger more compassionate banking experience.
