What you can bring to the team!
- Your experience empathy and strong interpersonal skills will be invaluable in providing high-quality support for our youth as they transition into adult hood.
- Minimum Certificate IV (or studying) in a related discipline with preference given to Youth Work and human services qualifications.
- Previous experience as a Youth Worker within a disability context with demonstrated experience of trauma informed care will be highly regarded.
- Proficient computer skills and experience using Word Excel and Outlook.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card) NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) Child Safety and Personal History Screening Check (LCS2) First Aid CPR National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work) and an open Drivers License with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle.

Balancing youth work and disability care you will create a safe empowering environment to help them reach their goals. Guided by the Case Manager you will provide person-centred trauma-informed care meet daily needs and foster emotional social and cultural wellbeing. You will assist with appointments family visits community connections education and life skills promoting independence as they transition to adulthood.
