| Job Description: | Project Documentation & Records Management Maintain project files databases and electronic records; assist in preparing reports meeting minutes and correspondence using prescribed software and systems. Design & Planning Support Assist with reviewing architectural and interior design documents space planning furniture layouts and design standards. Support landscape architecture and sustainability initiatives including LEED documentation and green building research. Construction Management Support Participate in construction site visits assist with tracking project schedules and help monitor workflow processes. Support communication between project managers contractors and consultants. Administrative Support Provide general office support including scheduling calendar management data entry and supply inventory. Assist with website updates and internal communications. Stakeholder Engagement & Special Projects Assist in meetings with campus stakeholders contribute to presentations and participate in departmental initiatives or committee work as assigned. Work Schedule: Monday Friday flexible hours up to 20 hours/week during academic terms. |
