Job Title: Construction Manager

Job Description:
- Construction Manager is accountable for all Civil Works and associated financial control through scheduling (time) SP/ASP management and quality management on assigned projects.
- Ensure all Service Providers comply with client standards processes procedures and all Federal and Local regulations.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
- External Interfaces: ASP/SP Customer PM
- Internal Interfaces: IM Lead Project Admin Project Sponsor CPM
Responsibilities
- Assess and control charges according to agreed site design.
- Ensure only customer-approved materials are installed.
- Enforce agreed Civil Works guidelines and schedules.
- Attend coordination and progress meetings.
- Supervise on-site activities where there is high risk of customer service disturbance.
- Maintain a safe working environment and conduct safety inspections.
- Resolve Civil Works issues during project execution.
- Coordinate site activities to align all disciplines with project goals and objectives.
- Drive schedule adherence and troubleshoot delays.
- Ensure Service Providers and vendors meet technical specifications and customer requirements.
- Monitor installation quality per contract and company standards.
- Enforce all company Federal Local and customer safety guidelines.
- Conduct site pre-inspections and post-construction audits.
- Perform site verification and visual quality inspections.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports.
- Provide accurate project status updates to management.
- Offer technical assistance to Service Providers and suppliers.
- Reject incorrect material deliveries.
- Report poor performance and quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with civil design plans.
- Supervise and coordinate Civil Works with all interfacing disciplines.
- Lead teams with focus on quality and results.
- Manage material orders returns and claims.
- Maintain and update construction documentation in Site Handler (SOW NTP RFDS safety QA progress verification and close-out documents).
- Construction Manager 3 (CM3)
- Possesses advanced knowledge and skills.
- Investigates and solves complex problems requiring detailed analysis.
- Improves and develops procedures techniques and methods.
- Guides and leads others in execution of work.
- Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of job-related experience.
- Experience managing project builds over 500 sites.
Required Certifications
- Supplier must ensure personnel hold required certifications before starting work including OSHA30 RF Awareness CPR/First Aid and Ergonomics.
- Supplier is responsible for tracking and covering required training hours annually.
