Registered Nurse (RN)
Shift: Full-Time Days 6:45am-7:15pm

As a Charge Nurse RN you are responsible for leading and supporting nursing staff in the delivery of high-quality safe and compliant patient care. This role includes clinical mentorship documentation oversight and coordination of staff assignments based on patient needs.

How youll contribute

  • Accurately performs patient assessments and identified patient needs.
  • Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
  • Provides patient and family teaching throughout the rehabilitation stay and prior to discharge.
  • Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
  • Works cooperatively and actively participates with other members of the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program. BSN Preferred.

  • Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.

  • CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.

  • CRRN Preferred

  • Minimum of two years in a rehabilitative or acute care setting with demonstrated leadership ability.

  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
